Jelani and Jenny made cameo appearances this week. Did the producers think they were boring?

Too much other stuff going on. They had to deal with the one blonde quitter
who screwed his partner over. For the life of me I could never tell those
two apart. Then there was the passport drama with Tyler and Laura. I liked
how they stayed cool but thought Jeff and Jackie were jerks for not giving
it back to them when they met up. There's an extra clip where they lie to
them but let them check their car themselves. I believe Jackie put the fanny
pack under the seat to freak them out a bit. I wish they had shown the extra
footage of Jeff and Jackie fighting. They had quite the fight. Lots of
swearing on Jackie's part.

Then there was good ole Hayley who I thought delivered us a great
performance. I realize that probably 80% of fans hate her but she gets the
job done. Blair needs a match lit under his butt anyway to motivate him. ;-)
They're on good terms now so it's not like she scarred him for live or
anything.

I don't recall Matt and Ash getting much air time either. The only reason
Steve and Aly got some time is because they won the leg.

Phil keeps telling people to do that if they're going to apply for the show
but they don't. Of course not doing do so makes you more attractive to the
casting people so that might explain why many don't.

It seems to me that putting the fanny pack under the seat was a form
of trying to interfere with another team and warrant a penalty.

They considered tossing it out the window which would have made them mega
heels. They would have had to move the pack anyway considering you need room
for the crew to sit so I can see no penalty for that. Maybe they were told
to put it back on the seat when they got out of the car. If that was the
case they should have got a penalty. There must be at least one more U-Turn
coming up so why go out of your way to piss a team off? That was a very dumb
move and sort of a mean-spirited thing to do. From what we've shown
(episodes and bonus clips) Tyler and Laura have been nice to everyone so why
try and screw them over? I'll laugh if Jeff and Jackie are the next team to
be eliminated.
